Italian Wines, Local Flavor

Just as in Japan where each region has its own unique rice wines, there are local wines unique to their regions in Italy. The main attraction of Italian wines is the rich variety of flavors to be enjoyed due to the differences in weather, climate, food culture, and the wine varieties cultivated between regions.
At Incanto, guests can enjoy traditional Italian cuisine complemented by a selection of over 500 distinctive wines imported from Italy and the surrounding regions, all carefully selected by sommelier Wataru Takeishi, who is accredited by the Italian Sommelier Association.
